    WRONG. The cable is installed in the wrong direction. The S-shaped clip should be the first in the direction of tire rotation going forward.

    Leaving the wheels on is just lazy. Not only that, you get to make sure the lug nuts are not seized and the wheel isnt stuck on the flange, both of those are a real shit to deal with in the event of a flat tyre. The other bonus is you get to check components properly without a wheel and tyre in the way. Lazy mechanics GTFO

    It looks like he has them on backwards I would want the tag end of the chain to go the opposite direction of rotation

    • @MrRB708
      @MrRB708 Рік тому

      yes the tag end should be going the other direction. The chains are left and right side and can be put on like he shows but I would do them the opposite.

    People be careful if you put that shield on your converter there is a much larger chance that you’re gonna catch your car on fire from it . ….. very serious!!!! … That would reflect the heat back up into the car that normally goes down and out

    1.So first off flip the chains around do the ends left over slap the ground not stab the ground. The loose end could come free and stab the ground unlocking the chains. 2. It nice to lay the chains down on dry pavement, but thats not when you need them. So, turn the tire, drape the chains over it, connect the back first at the bottom, make the chains straight across the tire, connect the front side. Drive forward slightly. Turn the wheel and tighten up the connection in the back then the front. Make sure there is no slack and the cables are straight across the tire. Drive for 30'. Get out and check to see if they need tightened. Then drive slow, no more than 35mph.
